Our ahi (tuna) comes from the Hawaiian Islands caught by our very own Hawaiian ohana on the last remaining Hawaiian owned fishing boats. The ahi are carefully packaged and flown by air every 2 days for the freshest high-quality fish needed for our Hawaiian style poke.

Our salmon is fresh caught here in the Pacific Northwest and in New Zealand. We will be featuring Ora King Salmon which is considered the highest quality salmon during the winter and spring.
Our ingredients if not grown or harvested by our ohana on our ohana farms, then sourced from our amazing neighbors here in the Snoqualmie Valley or South Kona! We focus on organic and sustainable method for the highest quality and nutritious.
Our kitchen is not allergen free. We strive to prepare foods to meet basic dietary needs. We have gluten free, dairy free and vegan options.

Our Poke is prepared Hawaiian style...quick cured in Hawaiian salt and marinated in our ohana's specially made recipes below.
